Doodles Rules
Non-refundable deposit
Please note that Doodle requires a deposit, which is approximately half the party amount. The deposit is non-refundable, and non-transferable, to another date/time. There are no exceptions. Other bookings are turned away in order to hold your spot.
Party times subject to availability
Doodle would love to be able to come to everyone's party- but there's just one Doodle. By completing the form on the reservations page, you are submitting your party time to Doodle. Doodle will contact you within 2 days (48 hours) to discuss her availability.
No back-up dates
Doodle keeps a full schedule, and cannot hold two dates (such as a rain date). If your event is outside, we strongly recommend an indoor backup location in case of inclement weather.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your event the non-refundable fee will be charged. Parties must be cancelled via telephone at 770.227.6028. Doodle must verbally confirm your cancellation or rescheduled party. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior to your event, payment in full is required.
